Salon was pretty overcrowded when I arrived and they were running late. I was seen within about 10 minutes, and staff were fine. However there had been a mix up with the booking so I was then asked to pay more when leaving. Within 5 days one nail was chipped and another has completely come off. Have definitely had better done elsewhere.

I went to remove my acrylic extensions, very efficient, and exactly what I wanted
Had a nice experience, my pedicura was great, but not sure if I would have my finder nails extended again, it doesn't look great. Overall was ok

As a regular user of this salon, this trip I was disappointed. Had the usual nail extensions and colour, but this time it was a woman doing it, not the guy I had previously. And when she 'finished' the nails were still so untidy! She didn't understand that I wanted the edge of the nails, where the nail varnish touches my cuticles, to be neat. The varnish was on the skin around my fingers, she had made no effort whatsoever to neaten the nail varnish around the edge of the nails to make it look neat. Eventually someone else came over and fixed it but it took a very long time to get someone to understand what I was asking for, and also this is something i've never come across before, usually all salons will make sure nails are neat before you leave!
