I arrived and they had no knowledge of my booking and did not have any beauticians present to step in so I never received my treatment. Luckily I had no paid in advance otherwise I would have had to go through a refund process.

the place and people were lovely. i got acrylic nails with gel polish overtop. i thought the gel add on was extremely expensive. cost about 3X as much as i'd normally pay when getting acrylics. i find most places give you a deal on the gel when you're getting acrylics. also, it's only been a week a half and the nails are chipping. I've never had gel chip off of fake nails before. i usually go 4 or 5 weeks in between fills without a chip.

Room was dirty and the therapist missed a lot of hair. Also announced in front of the salon what treatment I was having
