I have been here a few times and know they get very busy - however they let 3 walk-ins go ahead of me (I had booked an appointment) so I was seen 25 mins late. It wasn't as clean as it usually was and they did not clean the foot-bath basin after emptying the previous person's water out, and before adding water for me. The man who did my nails did a good job but spent the entire time talking to the person next to him - which is a bit rude.
Mixed feedback - but the price is good.

It was good value for money-bikini wax was average but you get what you pay for. The actual wax was very quick.
It was Saturday afternoon ao really busy as its a nail salon mainly and a little disorganised! I wasn't seen for about 20mins after the actual time of my appointment.
The place is great and the staff are really friendly and polite.

Waxing was quick yet thorough. The salon was clean and bright and even if it was busy I was looked after.

This place can be really hit and miss. Some of the staff are very nice. A few a very rude an they certainly don't treat you well (irony) if you book through treatwell rather than direct!
