I'm afraid the actual salon is not as neat/calm as it shows in photo, it's quite messy to be honest, it's not somewhere you can relax while doing nails, but one of those "get it done, and get it out" place. I understand that, after all, you pay for what you get.
My pedicure was done by a young Vietnamese guy who is shy, but very good, he was very careful and detailed, I'm very happy with the result; my manicure however, turned into a disaster, a mid age lady took over and was very chatty and grumpy from the moment I sat down, she was talking with the colleague the whole time-with mask on, and was being careless and very rough, sure enough, she made a mistake while cutting my cuticle and my finger start bleeding, I instinctively pull my finger back, and she very rudely pull my hand back to check as if I was lying!! She was not apologetic at all, and give me the "what's the big deal" look. That's it, I have no interest putting up with her awful attitude and service any more, I ask the manger for refund of the manicure and left. Still no apology, guess there is no sorry in their dictionary!
Its really luck of the draw when it comes to who you get, so good luck!
