The staff member was extremely nice and careful when doing my nails. He held conversation and did a great job at making my nails look beautiful. Just they way I wanted it.

Sadly manicure chipped within hours and completely ruined four days later. Spent half the appointment sat on a fold out chair with dryer on my lap because there was no table free. Staff insisted I go to the counter to pay when I had prepaid and sorted this with the receptionist on arrival. Not a very good experience this time around.

I was really pleased with the selection of colours and the final result. However, there was a 30 minute wait for my treatment. Although I had booked a time slot with a friend we weren't treated together or at the same time and the staff weren't very good at communicating the situation.
