Awful experience. Waited 10 mins then had to keep asking about when my massage was going to happen before finally being led to a dirty room in the basement. The massage itself was the worst massage I've ever had. So painful - she kept putting the bony parts of her hands and arms onto the bony parts of my back despite me asking her 3 times to stop doing that. Not at all relaxing and the massage was only 50 minutes which actually ended up being a blessing. I'll never go back there again.

The member of staff who did my nails was actually quite rude.. The shellac colour was completely the wrong shade so she put about 5 layers on my nails so they are now quite thick.. The treatment should have taken 45 minutes but it ended up taking 1 hour and half.. There are some chips and marks in my nails so overall it wasn't a great experience.
