I was asked to take a seat with my coat and bags in the waiting area, 1 minute later, in the same area, the receptionist put a towel on my lap and applied acetone to my nails to remove the Shellac. I was waiting like that in my coat on top of my bags without being able to move for 30 minutes! Then I was finally assigned for a technician and then it that also changed 3 times. They asked if I wanted the same shape and I said yes, but very quickly she completely changed it! In addition the nail shapes were unequal even after corrections... Also the nail polish was applied so I have 'bumps' in the end of my nails. Would not recommend. Also onlyone member of staff spoke poor English.
