Waxing was great, lily is very quick.
My gel manicure was probably the worst I've had if I'm honest. There were several bumps in the application and it was uneven on the nail, many of my nails chipped within DAYS of my appointment. This was the first time one of the male employees had done it and I'm not left with a great opinion. Every other time I have had it done in the spa it has been perfect. Perhaps more training is necessary.

They were accommodating of lots of clients but this meant that appointments weren't on time. The quality of my nails was not up to the standard of other salons in the area I'd tried before. It was ok.
