Worst experience ever..even left having a minor panic attack. I was not welcomed in a nice manor. The woman told me pants off and stood in the same room watching me undress. I was not given s towel or anything to cover me. It was silent and awkward-not sure if the woman could speak English or not. She slapped the wax on covering my legs and everywhere else with strings of wax..she literally only pulled 2 bits of wax off-so not the most painful free wax! She kept going in and out of the room whilst I was laid there!! Leaving the wax for 5 mins..Then she stood and watched me get dressed!! I was completely mortified, humiliated and upset when I left. Absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone wanting a wax..I still had bits stuck to me when I left too..

I went in for a Hollywood wax and was seen immediately. The staff was friendly and seemed to put effort into making the process not too painful, which was nice!

I have been to USA star nails a few times and each time the staff are polite and do a great job at my manicure and pedicure as well as being a little chatty it's not awkward but not so chatty you feel you have to participate in a long conversation. Great Brahe of couloirs both normal and gel. I would definitely recommend for a reasonable price in London.
