My appointment was booked for 10am on Saturday. I arrived promptly at about 0955 and the beautician didn't even arrive until about 1020. This wasn't ideal as I was in a rush.
There were dirty towels everywhere clearly left from the day before and the place was a mess.
They shouldn't accept appointments if it's at the opening time if they're going to be this dis-organised.
I've had faster treatments as well to be honest.

I had a great experience, it was my second time getting gel nails done and it was fantastic. The guy who did my nails did them with care and made sure that all nails were equally shaped.
