Staff member who did my nails was rude. She pushed the cuticle back too far on one finger and made me bleed and then didn't clean it before using the cuticle cutter, which just seemed unhygienic to me. Basically I was made to feel totally unwelcome, and I've no idea why. Definitely won't be going back.

The place was clean, organised and easy to find. The low price was unbeatable. However the hot wax seemed poor quality, having to finish off the waxing with strip wax, I was pleased with the outcome but hot wax not up to standard. Still a bargain though
