Very quick and efficient! Just what you want for a wax. Would have liked some calming music though, the staff don't talk much so I didn't feel that at ease!.

I've been using their service for a while now and I'm generally satisfied, but I use it mostly because it's close from where I live. Staff could be more chatty with customers, speak in their native language less and they could keep the place cleaner.

Remember to note down your booking reference number if booked&paid through the app as they will not start your treatment without it. The confirmation text or app/calendar is not enough. Really enjoyed the service. Loved the look and style of the salon. There are many regulars and the staff are knowledgable in all of the different services they offer.
