Although I booked an appointment I had to wait 20mins before being served. The venue had a very strong smell of toxic chemicals and it was very hard to breath. On top, the treatment wasn't that good either. I definitely wouldn't go back!!

As usual, USA Star Nails provided an amazing service and did a great job, very happy! The only thing I would say that I found annoying was that they only take cash which can take a bit of time if you dont have any cash on you and are in a hurry so better to book and pay for the service online.

Afraid the staff didn't speak English very well, or chose not to speak - I did try. When I asked questions (in a nice friendly way) the lady just ignored me. I was pointed toward some nail polishes so I chose a colour and turns out that particular one meant paying extra. I had paid in advance so they knew what pedicure I was having but didn't give me that selection of colours then charged me extra. I now also have to pay to go back and have it removed.
