When I arrived there was a problem with my Wahanda booking which caused lots of confusion. I am not sure if this was the reason but I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. The wax wasn't the greatest quality as I have never had a problem with wax being unable to remove hair and I have also recently had 8 X IPL sessions but they repeatedly tried to continue even though it wasn't working. I don't think the wax was hot enough. Unfortunately, I don't think I would return for this service.

Really quick and efficient wax, and I had a manicure afterwards too which is brilliant. Will definitely be going back.

Such a horrible experience - I had to stop the massage halfway through as the masseuse was using an oil I'm allergic to and had no alternative. The salon was undergoing refurbishment works in the basement where the treatment rooms are, so I had to contend with banging, drilling, noisy workmen. Completely unacceptable to have a booking at this time and expect a client to ignore and continue with treatment. They have offered to reschedule - this will be the 3rd time I would have made my way there for this massage..
I do not think this is reflective of the service at the salon usually as I have been for manicures before. However they REALLY let themselves down this time and I won't be returning again. A shame because I have a number of friends in the area that use this place

Terrible job, rewaxed the area so many times and lots of hair left. I had to ask the lady to continue waxing three times as she was going to leave big unfinished areas. usually they do an OK job. The salon is convenient and often has appointments at short notice but not a place for a perfect job.
