Really lovely place and great location (for me, at least). the staff were lovely although they were VERY busy! That's good of course, but it takes away from the customer service. The staff were lovely - perhaps they could be a little bit more personable and connect more with the client. It can feel like you're part of a conveyor belt where their purpose is to get through as many clients as possible.
The manicure itself was great and the lady doing my manicure suggested I pay before putting on the polish which was a nice touch. Judging by the pedicure seats, the equipment is quite modern, which is nice.
I did enjoy my time there and will recommend to friends. I will book again through wahanda.
Despite booking a time I still had to wait 15mins to be seated and then almost scalded my feet on the water which she can't have tested! The lady doing my pedicure was sweet and clearly worked hard but sadly I am a little disappointed with the quality this time- usually good at USA star nails from when I have been before, but the shaping was all a bit off and I can see lines in the varnish & already 2 days later I feel like I need them to be tidied up.
I arrived at the venue to be told that they no longer provided the service that I'd booked and paid for on wahanda. We settled on another service which was cheaper. The lady who did my nails spoke continuously to one of her co-workers who was sat a few metres away during my treatment which I found quite rude.
The salon is clean and a nice environment but don't expect good customer service.

Where do I start…
I arrived, where they asked me to pick a colour of a massive board- fair enough, but there was no real welcome.
I was taken down to the chairs for a pedicure- no one spoke to me in English. I sat down for my 1 hour pedicure, that lasted a whole 15 minutes! I would call it a ‘file and polish’.
This is where it gets better.. I went to sit for my shellac hands, where she decides after the first coat that it is peeling from the sides. She gets out a metal buffer and proceeds to try and remove it without acetone, burning my nail.. obviously I asked her to stop.
At this point, she decides she can’t do it and sends someone else- I still haven’t been told what they are doing. The new woman proceeds to wrap them in foils- what was the other woman thinking?
I ask why we are starting again, where she explains, this is a problem with my nails- I have had shellac on over 100 times and have never had this.
Anyway, if it wasn’t bad enough, a fire extinguisher company arrive and she gets up to speak to them, then comes back, gets up again to pay him and then finally comes back to finish.
On leaving, I was asked how the service was- my response “not great”. I didn’t even get an apology, just an OK.
