Never again, most painful hot wax I have ever experienced, almost as bad as using strip wax down there!
Changed salons due to no longer working near my old one, safe to say after my experience at USA I will be making the trip back to my old salon even though it's no longer convenient location wise.
One consolation is that the nail bar upstairs was able to fit me in for a Shellac manicure after my 'treatment' which was good.

Great venue, friendly staff. Did have to wait 15 minutes to be seen as they were very busy but this is only a good sign!
