Good salon but a little frustrating when you have to pay an extra fiver to have your shellac taken off, given that you're already paying £25 for a mani
The shellac cracked after 3 days. The staff were very helpful to resolve this when I went back and repaired them. However they did say it was the particular brand of paint which wasn't very good. It would therefore be beneficial to notify customers before they choose the colour, in regards to which brands are the best to choose etc
I frequent this salon quite regularly for waxing and nails and usually have a great service but I was disappointed with the eyelash perm. As it was my first time I was quite nervous but received no consultations, the therapist didn't explain what she was going, how long it would take etc? There was no aftercare advice, I asked several questions but the therapist didn't speak English that well so couldn't answer. I left feeling quite confused, the lashes don't look that great but I'm not sure how to look after them, I had to go online and have a look. I think if this salon is offering services like this they need to consult with their customers about the treatment, how it works, aftercare etc. I wasn't sure at any stage throughout this process what was happening and it was quite unnerving as the perm lotion smelt terribly strong, I wasn't reassured at all.
