The place was way too crowded, most of my treatment was done in the waiting area. I didn't know how much it would take, and felt not taken care of.

Not happy with the service at USA star nails - I got a shellac but no manicure beforehand although I explained that I wanted both. My gel polish looks clumsy and I would not go back (if I could upload a picture I would) . My boyfriend couldn't even tell it was a professional treatment - he thought I did a poor job myself. £30 is money and all treatments should be treated the same.
I usually have a good experience, but this time around the staff member that looked after me was rude.
My beautician on this occasion was very good. Wish I could have her in future.
