Afraid the staff didn't speak English very well, or chose not to speak - I did try. When I asked questions (in a nice friendly way) the lady just ignored me. I was pointed toward some nail polishes so I chose a colour and turns out that particular one meant paying extra. I had paid in advance so they knew what pedicure I was having but didn't give me that selection of colours then charged me extra. I now also have to pay to go back and have it removed.

Great waxing at USA star nails. They use the hot wax around the bikini area and it really does reduce the pain, the therapist was quick and efficient and I was in and out within no time at all. Great value service and the therapist was very friendly and welcoming. I've recently moved out of clapham but will make a point to go to this salon.

Lovely staff, sometimes a bit slow in getting to the next step but only because the place went through stages of being extremely busy - guessing because it's so popular due to quality and value!
