When I turned up on time for my appointment I was told that the staff member who was supposed to be treating me had not arrived yet. I waited for over half an hour before giving up and rearranging for later that day - only then was I told that the member of staff had not even known about my appointment until I had turned up and they had no idea when she would arrive. When I was finally seen it was okay.

just great, Must say I tried only the waxing but I definitely wanna try manicure and massage, I'm sure they will be as good as the waxing!
