The place is cute and generally clean, and everyone was very nice and accommodated me as soon as I walked in for my appointment. The gentleman who gave me my pedicure was very very good, one of the best pedicures I have had recently. Unfortunately, by the time I got to the drying station, the entire place had more than filled up. I wasn't sure if my nails were done and I asked someone to check a couple of times, it ultimately took half an hour from the time I sat down to dry to the time someone checked my nails and deemed them ready. We wrapped them in plastic and I put on my soft shoes, but unfortunately by the time I got home some of my toenails had gotten wrecked :(
It's a pity because the pedicure was really great and the rest of my toenails still look perfect. Just a bit disappointing, although I'm not sure whether the salon was to blame since they weren't exactly rushing me out - maybe it was my fault!
My only issue aside from the overcrowding was that I am not 100% sure the tools they use are cleaned properly. The tools that were used for my pedicure were taken out of a tray that was sitting by the pedicure chair, so i didn't see them get cleaned as they normally do in other nail salons, where you see them rip up the bag of medically cleaned tools.
