The venue is nice and modern and the quality of the services (mani, pedi and wax) were very good. However, they were very busy which meant my booked appointment was very delayed and they forgot to offer me a drink whilst offering other people several times. They also seems confused about the fact that I had already paid via wahanda which delayed my leaving.

I arrived and my appointment was running 45 mins late, the girl before me had an appointment at the same time as me even though there was only one person person waxing which meant an even longer wait. Wasn't offered any apology or explanation. Actual waxing was fine but the woman waxing didn't speak any English and there wasn't much in the way of customer service.

She didn't leave the room so I could remove my clothing, which I found to be awkward and weird. Was very fast and she missed a lot of spots, careless. Do not recommend.
