Staff member was friendly however ambience could be improved in the treatment room. Brazilian wax job was ok but could have been more precise and thorough as some stray hairs remained.

I wouldn't recommend this treatment overall and probably wouldn't do it again anywhere, not just here specifically. I had this done for the first time bc a couple of my lashes started growing in the wrong direction and look messy when I apply mascara. I thought I would get them all to curl the same way. Firstly, this is a dangerous treatment near your eye, so it's an unnecessary risk if you don't need this done. Anyway, my eyelashes look perky, that's the only plus. One eye has lashed facing one way, the other - another way...that's already a perm gone wrong. The couple of lashes that were funky to begin with are now just twisted and I had to pluck them out in the end altogether so the whole thing was pointless. Overall I'm not unhappy about it, it looks ok...not worse, not better...still - wrong, so not happy but not disappointed either. Thanks anyway!

Had this done in conjunction with eyelash perm. Everything went well. I was asked after if I wanted them darker, we could go again. Of course I wanted them darker, but I was too cold lying there, even though I asked for and was brought a blanket, I just wanted to move on to my massage. Next day the eyelashes look fine, darker, yes, but not a huge difference. Maybe it's just my eyelashes.

Happy with everything in regards to the place, but the treatments didn't do it for me. Swedish massage was, not sure if Swedish, but nice nevertheless. A lot of techniques used were very very good and enjoyable, but then overall it was only ok. The therapist didn't ask me about the pressure, I could have done with more and probably should have said so myself, but I like to trust them to do what they think is best. I've had a lot of massages in my day, mostly mediocre, some bad, a couple of amazing ones...this one was just good/ok. Thank you anyway to the lovely girl.
