Do not recommend! Booked an appointment the lady at the front desk was very unpleasant kept mumbling that with sns take off and redoing it will be long. Even though that’s what I booked. SNS powder take off was absolutely terrible. She put nail polish remover in a dirty bowl and told me to dip my fingers in there and just threw a towel on top. I was then waiting for 35-40min. The guy who then did the new sns was pleasant but wouldn’t say he has a lot of experience with it

staff were helpful as i booked treatment online and they didn't had access to the online app. they managed to arrange treatment and were supportive.
