Lovely staff and atmosphere - they are so friendly. The salon itself is very nice too. Unfortunately my pedicure wasn't great as my cuticles were cut and wouldn't stop bleeding. However, this has not happened here before

Took off early from work, commuted 40 minutes, & paid £50 in advance for a service that I was told was not available AT THE DOOR. No one contacted me beforehand. I have contacted the salon 5 times about a refund & have not been issued one. Rude staff
