I had to wait 20 minutes for an appointment I booked. Then spent 20+ minutes waiting for the nails to dry. The nails were damaged on my way home and trying to find a resolution was a nightmare. The staff there were incredibly tricky and wouldn’t offer any solutions to sort this. As someone who has come to this salon a lot I’m really disappointed with the service I received during this treatment and the lack of a solution to rectify this. I expected better.
