Horrible service, would not attend again. Service was rushed and finished in less than 30 mins for both pedicure and manicure. Staff made you feel as if you were a criminal when trying to explain you paid over treatwell, left feeling embarrassed without an apology

Kept me waiting 25 minutes despite having an appointment. The nail techs are very talented and I’m very happy with my nails, just a shame about the customer service.

I had booked a shellac manicure and removal. The technician was incredibly rushed and heavy-handed, not at all relaxing. I was not given a proper manicure and very little care was given over the experience.
