Booked a slot and wasn't seen until a while hour later. Was not impressed. Other than that they were able to fix my nail and match the colour very well as my nail wasn't done properly by another salon.

I booked online and was told I have to wait regardless of my appointment. I was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. Whilst the gentleman was lovely, both spa pedicure and manicure were rushed with bare minimum being done. Treatment time was to be 1 hour and 30 minutes, however it was over within 40 minutes. No massage, no overall foot scrub (just soles of feet), no foot/calf massage, no cleaning underneath fingernails, no hand massage. For the price of £70 you’d expect a bit more.
