I asked for a similar shade to the Pearl colour I had on my nails, the nail tech said the colour I picked was not like that and so I asked him to recommend one that was what I was looking for. He was not happy and got very visibly impatient. I ended up just going with a pink colour that was not what I wanted but felt intimidated by the staff. It was also £5 extra to have my current polish removed but they said it was cash only, then eventually let me pay by card as I didn’t have cash.
