I waited for 20 mins despite making an appointment and they asked me to wait for more time as they took walk in customers before me. Have been going to this salon for years now but after this incident I will find another salon, no regard for time

I was asked to pay another £5 when I had prepaid for this service. I refused because I wasn't happy to pay extra money when I had prepaid and they said it was ok but if I was to come back in future I would have to pay £28 not £23. I think this should be changed on Treatwell. Overall I was very happy with my nails.

they charged me £8 extra to take my gel polish off!! considering there is no extra work to take gel polish off as they use the same nail machine if you have gel or normal polish this just seems like an cash grab as I was already there beware of them!
