I have been here many times and never had any problems. Just today I really didn’t appreciate the rudeness and huffing and puffing from two members of staff who worked with me. The treatments felt really rushed and not the usual caring ways that this salon offer. I paid for one hour and half of treatment but all was done in 25 min. I wondered if it is because I paid via Treatwell and not cash? Sorry but I am not going back.
