Nice salon but I don’t love when you book in for a manicure and pedicure and they do them at the same time, I couldn’t really relax but just a preference. If I was in a rush this would have been perfect so not a negative review
Gel Nails Manicure
Unfortunate to have a rude, erratic man do my gel manicure. Once all done he files the ends which has now chipped the ends one day later. Awful finish/ uneven. Will have to be redone.

Upon arrival I was charged an extra £10 as I was told the prices on Treatwell do not reflect the prices in store. My nail technician shouted at me for pointing out my nails were wonky. I have ADHD and Autism and was very scared and vulnerable in that moment. I did not feel I could complain about the service or that my nails were not a good standard. He rushed the nails didn’t even put a base coat before pulling the shellac on and completed it all in 50 mins

Really rude staff - asked multiple times if I could pay and spend a while checking my treatwell order like I was a criminal. Manicure was terrible, cut me and nails chipped after about 5 minutes
