Atmosphere was weird and unprofessional. I didn’t feel comfortable. The nail technician kept burning my nail beds with the drill so I had to tell him to stop. I came in for an acrylic take off but still have residual acrylic left on my nails so I’m having to pick it off.

Pedicure was ok, the cuticle was tidied, she could have done more skin removal from bottom of the feet. Was in and out in 20mins.
