The venue needs cleaning. This place is overpriced for the service you get and whilst you prepay on Treatwell, the unfriendly staff claim the prices are wrong and make you pay (cash only) an additional amount. This has happened three times I’ve been here. I won’t be back.
Despite having a booking, if another walk in customer comes in, on a few occasions the person doing my nails stopped mid treatment and moved on! My nails were really sore and filing resulted in a deep bleeding cut in my finger
