During my appointment power went off and water was pouring down from the ceiling. I hope they will fix this ceiling as it looks very dangerous and it might collapse.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Initially, my appointment was booked with the Hampstead Branch, but managed to change it for the Kilburn branch very swiftly which was fantastic!!!!!! Will book again for next pedi!!!!!
