Everyone and especially the lady who did my treatment were really sweet so I'm reluctant to leave this review but the service was just so disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled half an hour before it was supposed to start. I also got a strip wax for my Hollywood and upper arm even though I had paid for hot wax, which wouldn't have necessarily been an issue, except I ended up both burned and with half my hair still there.
