I’ve been coming to the Hampstead salon for many years. I came in for normal pedicure yesterday. I had shellac on my feet (done by USA star nails) however didn’t include it shellac removal in my yesterdays booking through Treatwell. When I was leaving I explained that i had paid for pedicure online but that i have also had shellac removed today. The manager said “I will let you off this time”. I wasn’t asking to be let off?? It felt like I had done something bad and I should be happy she’s letti
