Staff was really kind and they were working pretty hard. A little bit to wait which is ok in normal times but, during this pandemic, is not very comfortable to wait in an enclosed space with other 10 people (staff and clients). Clearly, this is not a problem with the staff but the company should organise better appointment slots and timing. A part from this, I enjoyed the treatments done.
