I had eyebrows threading and it was good, but the underarm wax was so painful, and the day after I was red underarms! Never again for wax!

Good experience and even better with the discount. Love using the app as it's easier and quicker. I would have preferred a more focused experience

Arrived and there was no booking on the system and with some arguing they took me in. Equipment was not sterilised and I saw it being used on the previous customer. Can't fault the end result though.

The treatment room wasn't very clean, with the hairy wax strips from the previous person on the side! She also watched me get undressed..
When I got home I found that there were still many shorter hairs which she hadn't offered to pluck... Every other salon has done this for me?!
They didn't seem to be expecting me & when it was time to pay they told me wahanda had posted the wrong price & made me wait while they called their manager & seemed annoyed with me!
