He was very rough while filing my nails and pressing my fingers till they were sore. The nail varnish went everywhere and he was trying to fix it with a paint brush. The whole thing was terrible and to be honest I would have done a better job myself home.

I didn’t have ‘Laura’ doing my nails I had a man. You are never able to see the same technician twice when you go they just disappear. The price was not £19.60 as booked it was £29.60 because I had shellac on top which I thought was included in the price. If it wasn’t included then it should have been clearer when booking.

I didn’t get ‘Jenny’ doing my nails I got a technician who only had 3 months experience. The price was misleading as I had to pay another £10 on top for
Shellac as the website didn’t let me select this option so I presumed this was in with the price. Someone else I know paid £17.50 for a full set with shellac but I paid £29. Very unhappy.
