Awful! Probably one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had in my entire life. The man doing my toes managed to file my skin so much it has now turned black by the side of my toe and is extremely painful to walk on nearly three whole weeks down the line! Plus on my right toe he cut my skin by trying to FILE DOWN my cuticle with a NAIL FILE! Wouldn’t stop bleeding and instead of acknowledging or apologising he told me ‘it’s fine’ and covered it in a blue liquid. To this day I have no idea what it was and I am still in pain from it. Whilst doing my acrylics on my hands, the man nearly clipped off my skin and made me flinch because the pain caught me off guard, he then told me off for moving! Such a beautiful interior that they could have honestly done a lot with. But the staff don’t seem to give a toss about what they are doing and there is honestly no customer service at all. I am so disappointed.

I decided to leave my appointment after 10mins. It wasn’t with Jenny. The staff were rude, the treatment started off very poor. For a new salon it wasn’t clean!
I won’t be returning.
Even if your desperate don’t go for a cheap pedicure.

Fairly new place, very small and busy, but staff makes you feel welcome and Jenny was really nice and caring.
