Was charged extra for expert, online as told I would see Sophie. When I arrived. I was told Sophie was not there and they're all experts. Misleading and paid £3 extra for expert. Was rushed and staff not very welcoming. I would not go back there again. Very disappointing. Didn't want to star Sophie as she didn't do my nails so got 1 star

It was good but I paid online and there was no way to tell on they end treatwell only sent me on confirmation so i had to pay the other in cash snd still haven’t received my refund as of today
