Nails are too think and was a bit crooked. The nail tech didn’t clean up under the nail bad after, I can see a piece of glue where my nail had to be fixed

This time a man done my set and it was too thick. Staff seemed really angry and again, new faces and I don’t receive the same service. The floor is always dirty (dust and nails) and the bathroom could really do with a scrub and clean. Extensions should go in the bin rather than the floor.

Different staff this time and the lady done a good job. Not as good as the previous lady, but good job. Staff retention seems to be impossible here, as every time I visit there are new faces. Staff should wear name tags so we can get to know them

Nails were done well. The young lady was really good at her job. Best it has ever been. Don’t get her name tho.
