I booked with Sophie but got someone else who destroyed my nails removing the gel. Had zero clue how to file them properly that’s when Sophie decided to come and file them for me instead which she did very poorly. I didn’t get the manicure I paid for! She literally just put nail polish on and it was horribly done that I went home and took it off. I didn’t even get the service I paid for, the technician I booked with and they destroyed my nails.

The place was clean and staff were friendly on entry, but nothing more after.
The manicure was rushed but to a really good standard. I had to point out where I needed extra attention, as the attention to detail wasn’t the best.
