Salon hasn’t been cleaned in years and staff are just speaking to each other to the extend that they just stop doing what they do to listen to what the other has to say. Also cut in my toe and didn’t even remove dead skin on feet.This used to be good

I booked online and when i arrived I hadn't ordered gel nails and just pedicure and manicure. Lien added this for me and waited a while but it was my fault for not ordering properly
I was looked after and felt comfortable.
Question.. Does the massage chair work as this wasn't offered to me while having my feet done?
