This time a man done my set and it was too thick. Staff seemed really angry and again, new faces and I don’t receive the same service. The floor is always dirty (dust and nails) and the bathroom could really do with a scrub and clean. Extensions should go in the bin rather than the floor.

Different staff this time and the lady done a good job. Not as good as the previous lady, but good job. Staff retention seems to be impossible here, as every time I visit there are new faces. Staff should wear name tags so we can get to know them

USA Stars did a good job with the hard gel nail extensions and made sure that all nails were good before finishing.

Extremely rude lady. She told me stop using my phone (to show her the colour I wanted). Tools look like they were never cleaned. Cleaned cuticles with the metal tool used to remove the previous gel polish. Generally the worst I’ve had. Finish was ok but they didn’t leave enough time to check, and felt I was being pushed out so the next person could go. Was 30 mins, not 45.
