Acrylic nail removal for my daughter - so painful it made her cry, staff just continued. Several fingers where the skin round the edge of the nail is torn + sore. Was sat in foot chair for start, had to lean over uncomfortably. Never booking again.

If your going to offer biab maybe you should actually do biab, not just polish it on thinly over the whole nail (I booked biab infills) The biab is uneven. The shape I wanted is wrong, the ladies were nice enough but in all honesty I could’ve done my nails at home better.
