I was rushed through in25 minutes for a half hour appointment and was dealt with by three members of staff separately in total. Although I had natural nails a gel nail file was used. Imy cuticles were sore after the tool that was used, the therapist spent more time talking to the clients waiting. For the price I thought hand cream at least could have been applied. I didn't leave feeling pampered at all, just stressed out.
