We were sent 2 ladies by USPAAH. Both were nice, polite and had good setup. However there was a huge difference in the quality of the treatment delivered. The lady who did my massage had good pressure and technique and she regularly checked in with me. Unfortunately my husband had a therapist who had neither the right pressure or technique. She was given feedback multiple times during the treatment but she did not adjust anything. Her towels also smelled like they were previously used. Overall this was not a great experience thus the low rating on the quality of service and value for money.
