Abit of a disappointing massage. No pressure despite requesting more pressure. Head massage was just hair rubbing and no scalp massage.

Booked in for my eyebrow appointment as I had recently had them ruined by another salon. I went in nervous however Farida immediately made me feel comfortable and ensured that she would not let me leave unhappy. I asked her to keep my eyebrows thick and told her how I want them shaped, She took her time to understand what I wanted and she was great. Did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend and will most definitely be back as a regular customer

If I could give them zero stars - I would! Due to work commitments I couldn’t go to my trusted salon so I decided to trust the reviews - what a mistake! It took me 7 years to get the fullness and shape of my eyebrows back due to over plucking. I came to this place today, wasn’t asked anything - lady there sat me on a a chair, and on her own accord thinned my eyebrows! But that’s not all - my eyebrows are entirely different shape - she didn’t even try to make them similar! The full extend of the bad work she did only became visible once I got home! Ladies, if you can’t go to your trusted salon - don’t take risks!!!
