It was my first time getting a brazillian wax and Neelo Ahmad was she very reassuring that it would be okay. Before my appointment she made sure everything was sanitized and I was comfortable being there and did a really good job at the waxing. I personally felt little to no pain and I didn't see any hairs left behind which was amazing; I definitely recommended Neelo Ahmad or the UX Beauty Salon in general!
