Staff was lovely however the treatment was abysmal. I got the hair conditioning treatment done, which was with oils. She didn't wash my hair properly and left all the back of my hair behind my neck full of oil. I had to re-wash my hair 3 times with shampoo to remove all the oils so my hair wouldn't get greasy.

As it was my first time, I was extremely nervous but Uzma put me at ease. She was lovely. However, I wasn't that impressed with the thoroughness of the wax. She used a combination of hot wax and strips and yet there were loads of stray hairs left which, if I hadn't asked her to tweeze, she would have left. She applied baby oil afterwards which I thought was strange. I think it may have clogged up a few pores because I noticed small bumps a few days later which were large enough and quite irritating. It's been almost a month and my skin hasn't returned to normal.
