This was my first wax so I was a bit nervous. I had nothing to worry about, because Yirah was fantastic: professional, experienced, and very friendly. She talked me through the whole thing. It didn't hurt a bit: I almost napped on the couch! I felt Yirah spent a lot of care and attention on the skin care side of things - I didn't feel like it was just a conveyer belt trying to get me done as quickly as possible. I highly recommend!

This was one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever had. Yirah was friendly and very easy to talk to, was running a bit behind schedule but kept me updated and didn’t make me feel like she’d forgotten me!
