I have never had a wax before so I was slightly nervous but Jade made me feel super relaxed. She explained everything in detail so there were no surprises and kept checking to see if I was okay whilst I had my Brazilian done. I have mobility issues and Jade took that into consideration/helped in some positions I struggled which was amazing. It somehow wasn't painful at all!
My definition brows look beautiful with the perfect little arch. I haven't used any brow pencil since having them done.

Great service! I appreciate the great attention to detail, not just for the end result but also the careful consideration of what’s best for the client. For example, I noticed for my gel manicure she used high quality products - BIAB gel at no extra cost! Not something you see often so made the experience all the more pleasant! Would happily go back for a regular pedicure
