I was advised to do another treatment than electrolysis and followed that advice, with no regrets! The staff was very nice and welcoming.
My first experience with Belgravia.A very warm welcome & such sweet lovely staff.
Jazz was just perfect & explained the treatment in good timing & understanding terms.No pressure to purchase more but I will be as my results are quite wonderful.

Great place and the lady was lovely. Unfortunately she was running 20 mins late and no one kept me informed.
Disappointed - I arrived at Belgravia Cosmetics Clinic 10mins before my appointment but waited for 30mins before I had been taken to the treatment room. I asked if the time was any issue as my facial was for 60mins and back massage was for 30mins and I know the clinic is closing in 60mins. They said there is no problem so I can get full length of facial and massage. However I only got 60mins of both treatment together so shorter version of facial and back massage. The staff weren't helpful when I complained but they gave me the voucher for 30mins massage in the end.
It was not a great experience for me that I had to wait for so long and did not get full facial/massage which I already paid for, in the end I had to fight for a voucher. This really was not what you want when you go for massage.
