I was new to this kind of treatment however the staff courtesy made me comfortable soon. The ambience in the treatment rooms is very relaxing. There's a lot of equipment for any kind of treatment l even ignored the existence. It was fun to try a bit of all. Overall very happy with my course of 6 very happy with results from my course of 6 treatments.

I thought the treatment was good. I found out afterwards that there is a numbing cream that wasn't even offered to me. I don't particularly enjoy pain, you know. I spent extra to remove some skin tags, however, I wasn't even offered a glass of water or refreshment while I waited, or after my treatment. The beautician did her job well, so can't complain there but I didn't feel exactly 'pampered', which was the main thing. I was offered other treatments etc.but not sure I'll go back as there wasn't even a cup of tea to be had.
