Beautiful salon, clean and well presented. On the lower floor of swanky hairdressing Nyumba. They've ironed out a few niggling issues at the start of my laser course with regards to getting hold of staff on the phones. Treatment is always on time now, quick and professionally done. I would give it 5 stars but I'm not keen on the hard sell.
Really nice venue and very friendly, professional staff. My skin looks and feels so much healthier. Great value for course of treatments.
This looks like a lovely salon. The therapist was very friendly and professional.
Unbelievable. This is the first time I had to deal with such an unprofessional place. Initially went for mole removal but moles are still here. The one on my hand isn't healing properly and now I have to go to my GP. Second, I was booked twice for a follow up to check the moles and both times the lady wasn't there. No one called to reschedule or have the courtesy to cancel. Not only I didn't get the service I paid for but also this has caused so much inconvenience at this point.
