I am very dissatisfied with this clinic. They canceled on the day of my appointment and said they would reschedule for next day and would let me have extra time as a bonus. First off, the beautician was not informed about the extra time. Second, and more important, after she had already plucked out a couple of hairs, I realized that their machine did NOT work. The beautician went to speak with her colleague and confirmed this. She said they had already ordered a new machine that was supposed to arrive soon. The fact of having ordered a machine earlier implies that they knew it did not work when they first scheduled/then rescheduled my appointment. Such behaviour is unacceptable and, frankly, rather indecent.
Had an amazing experience at Belgravia Clinic! All staff are so friendly and professional, making you feel so special and comfortable. Highly recommended! :)
Wow! Great and professional
I got a laser facial for a sun pigmentation on my face and the whole experience was flawless. From the entry in the great environment to the kind and knowledgeable staff, everything was just right.
I can see a great difference in my mark appearance and my face feels great, super soft and healthy. I will definitely recommend this place and I will do this treatment again
P.s I've seen some great hair results when passing trough the hairdressers bit :)
Five star for Tais and the nice receptionist that made me feel very welcomed and in good professional hands :)
