The salon has a nice decor and one of the therapists, Diane, had a lovely manner. But overall I was not pleased. I had come in specifically for milia removal and was told i needed to have a (much more) expensive facial with it as well for the treatment to be effective. Hardly any of my milia disapperared. And the therapist was changed during the course of my treatment without anyone bothering to explain to me why. I won't be back even though it is very close to my house.

Fabulous results after Soprano Ice hair removal on my back, chest and intimate areas. I am a gay man who loves his beauty and take good care of myself and my appearance. I have had excellent results with soprano and the clearlift which has really rejuvenated my skin. I also highly recommend the hair styling on the first floor with Donna and colour with Younes. The combination of this very trendy hair salon and Belgravia Clinic on the lower ground floor is perfect place to relax and reinvent yourself

I landed up buying the wowcher For soprano 6 sessions, which was a great deal. When I went to the salon 1)No Board outside , took ages to find them. wasted an hour. Finally found it.2)No one answers their phone numbers.3) They have no respect for timings .4) The owner Jas pretended like she had no clue about the advertisement on Wowcher. Was trying to sell me for £3000. Finally had one session with a lovely girl called Kiera who left the job.Laser has to be done after 4 weeks else it doesn't work. Had booked my next session , get a call on the day that appointment is not possible . I told Jas that I had shaved which was suppose to be done 24 hrs before. Didn't seem to care to get back for next appointment.It was very frustrating to get in touch with the salon and then I just got a message saying please get a refund from wowcher as she couldn't work under pressure. Very Unprofessional place .....Obviously businesses advertise on wowcher or groupon when they are in need for business . They need to understand that they should deliver.Good luck to the salon with this kind of attitude.
