The venue was almost impossible to find as the map is incorrect on Treatwell. and when I tried calling to get directions but there was no answer. This resulted in me walking around in the cold for 45 mins. I was early anyway. I was told on arrival that my therapist was running 35 mins behind time and this made me very late for my next appointment. She was also very sick and although she was wearing a mask she coughed and spluttered the whole time.Not sure if it was walking in the cold or my therapist being ill but I now have a sore throat, A series of very unfortunate events.

It was okay! I have had better Hollywood waxes before! Every time she put the wax on me and removed it there were little pieces of wax that would spread everywhere and she also left bits of hot wax which I found later on. She was nice enough and the salon itself was really beautiful and in such a good (and convenient) location! However, the location was probably the reason it wasn't that cheap! And when I asked for an underarm wax it cost £15 extra - and has already started coming out!!! Not great - probably wouldn't go back.
