No one was at the clinic when I turned up. There is no sign outside so I had to text my friend who had been previously to ask where to go. I rang the doorbells and was told it was in the basement but the gate to the basement had a bike lock on it. I had been calling them a few days before, at least 3 or 4 times to see if I could change my appointment, leaving answer phone messages each time but no one ever picked up or got back to me. It was such a bad service that I got a refund from wahanda.
Initially, there were a few glitches with my booking for some reason. I had a few unsuccessful attempts at reaching the salon over the next couple of days. This was frustrating along with the fact that I couldn't find much info online about the clinic/salon.
Eventually the therapist got in touch and all was fine. They were in transition of premises, but I was able to keep my appointment at the Sloane Square location.
Jas is a friendly and experienced therapist. I've tried laser and all kinds of hair removal in the past and was extremely impressed with the soprano ice. I had a Brazillian and apart from the sensitive spot, felt nothing but a cold wand which got a bit warmer.
It's only been a few days, so we'll see how it goes.
I was offered a course at the same discounted rate.
The venue was in Nyumba, Michael Charalambos salon.
I gave 4 stars for ambience, only because they haven't fully set up yet and there was a slight issue with plumbing. Otherwise, I recommend this amazing offer and this revolutionary laser treatment with a skilled therapist.
The laser hair removal is amazing and doesn't hurt a bit. The staff are fantastic. My facial was lovely and relaxing and my skin looks so much better.
Would recommend highly for cosmetic procedures. My skin improved after Laser resurfacing.
